If your password reset seems to be going round in circles, don’t worry—it happens!
When your password reset email arrives, try opening the reset link in a Private or Incognito browser window instead of your usual browser.
This helps prevent your browser from using old login information or stored cookies, which can sometimes cause the password reset process to loop back to the login page or repeatedly ask you to reset your password.
Using a private window gives you a clean browser session and often resolves the issue straight away.
It’s a simple little trick, but it fixes the problem for most people.
